Built by physicians who wanted to practice medicine differently.

Meridian Health was founded in 2016 by Dr. Elena Navarro and Dr. Marcus Chen, two Austin physicians who left a large hospital system because they were tired of 12-minute appointments and panels of 3,000+ patients. They wanted to practice medicine the way they were trained to — thoughtfully.

Established in the heart of Elgin, our center has grown to become a pillar of the community, offering top-notch chiropractic services and education. Our history is rooted in a passion for helping others, and we continue to evolve, incorporating the latest techniques and technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes. Through the years, we have built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and compassion.

From downtown Austin to the Hill Country suburbs, Meridian Health provides primary care to families across the region. Most of our patients live within 20 minutes of our Medical Parkway clinic, but we regularly see patients from as far as Georgetown and Dripping Springs.
